A mini-retreat in the city!
The program for today’s Sampoorna Yoga Day includes a traditional Sampoorna Hatha Yoga class, guided meditation, mantra chanting, and a Yin Yoga session. We will explore how yoga can help us strengthen our immunity through asana practice, proper breathing, positive thinking/visualization, and meditation.
Your teachers are Hanna and Eknath, founders of the Sampoorna Yoga Studio, and both Experienced Yoga Teachers.
