Sampoorna Yoga (lineage of Swami Sivananda) - a traditional energising style of yoga suitable for all levels. The class includes breathing exercises, warming-up and strengthening exercises, yoga postures, and deep final relaxation.

This class starts out in Dutch but switches to English during the relaxation at the beginning. We continue with upper body stretches, some exercises to release tension in the neck and shoulders, and an Inclined Plane to energize and release tension in the lower back. We continue with Cat & Cow, Frog, Seal, and Downward Facing Dog, and work our way up to Tadasana/Mountain Pose via a standing forward bend. 6 rounds of Sun Salutations/Surya Namaskar to warm up the body, and 2 more rounds with variations. We continue with Toes and Ankle stretch, and a few series of Dolphins. Then Core strengthening exercises (leg lifts, Spinal Twists), Shoulderstand, Half Plough and Full Plough, Butterfly, Seated Forward Bend (over both legs, and over each leg separately), back strengthening exercises (incl.Camel), Bow, a seated spinal twist, Downward Dog with Leg extensions, and Eagle, before lying down in Savasana for the final relaxation.
