Yin Yoga is a great complement to a more dynamic Hatha Yoga practice. This slow-moving, deep stretching and meditative class targets the connective tissue (fascia) of the hips, pelvis and lower spine, to improve energy circulation. Poses are held for 2 to 5 minutes. All levels welcome.
