Yin Yoga For All (5)

Yin Yoga is a great complement to a more dynamic Hatha Yoga practice. This slow-moving, deep stretching and meditative class targets the connective tissue (fascia) of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine, to improve energy circulation.

This is a recording of a previously live-streamed class.

The session starts with a seated posture, followed by longer-held postures - Standing Forward Bend, Butterfly, Dragonfly (bend towards left leg, then right leg), Half Saddle (L/R), Cat Pulling Its Tail (L/R), Child's Pose, Happy Baby Pose, Supine Spinal Twist, and Savasana. Poses are held for 2 to 5 minutes. All levels are welcome.
